Establish Your Educational Landscape

Program evaluation provides faculty and staff an opportunity to have a data-driven discussion on program environment, student and faculty needs, policies and procedures, and educational outcomes and impact. Outcomes assessment is one type of program evaluation activity that is focused on examining student learning outcomes and curricular improvement. Both assessment and program evaluation can reveal program strengths, potential limitations, and recommend improvements including:

  • to discover whether students are learning in the ways we hope and expect through program experiences;

  • to identify curricular and pedagogical features and areas that are working well and are in need of improvements;

  • for creating rich conversations around student learning, pedagogy, and curriculum;

  • to inform resources allocation and recommend any optimizations for the future.

Missing kit-based curriculum resources.

Our kit-based engineering curriculum is constantly missing essential pieces which is quite problematic in-practice. Additionally, many of our teachers are unsure how to use or troubleshoot kit supplies. We would like curriculum solutions with necessary teacher training that meets the same learning goals, has less overhead, and simplifies our kit-based curriculum sharing logistics.

A strong culture of data use is critical to ensuring routine, consistent, and effective data-based decision making. We can form and lead data team(s) as working members of your educational community. We are experts in educational research methodologies and utilize analytical techniques to explore your essential questions. Our analysis will help you make data-informed decisions and disseminate findings to key stakeholders on topics such as advanced psychometrics, curriculum performance, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)​, cost effectiveness, measurement and validity, institutional intelligence, and user experiences.

We will help you determine your curricular resources based on efficiency.

We believe your science curriculum materials should be cost effective, reusable, and sustainable; attributes that are unique to your organization. We identify tangible alternatives or modifications to existing curriculum cultivating ownership and authenticity of your science curriculum. We produce brief executive summaries which may recommend next steps.
